SENSE OF PLACE

For our one-year anniversary, we will try to sketch "Sense of Place". The concept which had so much favour throughout the '80's saw a decline in interest primarily because of the difficulty in the tangibility of sense of place. It can be hard to describe, even harder to draw. We suggest using Gordon Cullen's methodology in attempting to draw it:

• This and That
• Functional Tradition
